ASP works with the City of South Charleston to develop their Utility and B&O Tax Collection, Permit Application, Court Fee Collection, Retirement Calculation Web Applications. This series of applications are everything a city needs to keep track of incoming fees and time from residents, businesses, and employees. The utility, B&O tax collection and permit applications track the fees for local businesses and residents. There are features for adding/editing records and the automatic application of late fees. Printing features allow you to print all monthly invoices or an individual invoice for a selected month.

The mayor requested a mobile app that allowed the residents to quickly view city events and information and communicate with the city management team. The app allows users to report potholes, street and park damage, security issues, property maintenance issues, lighting and health hazards, and much more.

The city’s web presence encompasses their main website and the four sub-sites for each of their entities. The main website displays information about where to stay, shop and play, events, city business information and forms, department information, and employment opportunities. The Little Creek Golf Course website displays information about the golf course, pro shop, conference center, restaurant, weddings and events and swimming pool. Residents can enjoy learning about all the classes, equipment and events happening at the Community Center website. The Memorial Ice Arena website displays the public skating sessions, party room rentals and more. The city parks and field rentals are all displayed on the last of the sub-sites.

The Marion County Public Library main website has several integrated features from other applications used by the library. New releases and events are automatically displayed from other sources utilizing web services and API feeds. There is a custom Google map with multiple pins for bookmobile stops. There are quick links, integrated FaceBook feed, renew items online, sign up for library card and more information. ASP developed a separate summer reading program site to display the expansive information and member benefits for the program.

ASP created a custom intranet for the library. There are features for online forms, employee manuals and handbooks, discussion board, directory, user profiles, and an internal holiday and birthday calendar.

ASP works with Natural Energy Utility Corporation to allow visitors to pay their bill online, display educational information, resources and more.
