OWNER/MANAGER/SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Dan returned to West Virginia in 1991 with his wife Liz and a newborn son. With a desire to raise his family in The Mountain State, Dan spent many years leading scouts, coaching soccer, and being a band dad. During those early years, Dan was the leading Novell NetWare expert in the Kanawha Valley. As the 2000’s approached, Dan turned to the dark side (an old Novell joke!) and obtained his Microsoft MCSE then proceeded to replace all those Novell systems with Microsoft Windows systems. Dan continues to use his experience to consult with clients to find the best technology solutions possible. Under Dan’s vision and leadership, ASP has grown steadily since 2004. In 2023, ASP received a U.S. General Services Administration Contract (GSA) and is now working to expand the business to local, state, and government entities. Dan obtained his MBA in May 2021 from WVU (Go Mountaineers!) and received his undergraduate degree from Fairmont State College. Now with an empty nest, Dan spends his free time playing music (trumpet), enjoying time with friends, home brewing beer, traveling, and visiting his grown children.
