Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write custom code utilizing multiple programming languages
• Improve existing software code to operate more efficiently and to offer greater flexibility
• Document software technical specifications, application design, and database design
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for client applications
• Resolve software defects identified by the customer or team members
• Coordination of tasks with staff developers

Competencies: for success, an individual should demonstrate the following:

• Proficient in all aspects of .Net and SQL development for new and existing applications
• Extensive knowledge and experience as a .Net Full-Stack Developer
• Proficient with Visual Studio utilizing C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Xamarin/MAUI, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery/Angular JS, Web Services, and MVC/ASP.Net
• Experienced in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal initiative and ability to multitask
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Bonus skill:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Git
• Experience with cross-browser and mobile device testing
• Experience with Unit Testing and other automated testing tools

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least two to three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education (Bachelor’s, Associates, or industry certification) and experience.
