The Nautilus Fitness Center uses a custom developed member application for their multiple club locations built by ASP.  There is a check-in process where members scan their ID card.  The application flags users that need contact information or payment information updated.  ASP integrated the application with the existing bar code scanners.  The application tracks member visits, individual payments, recurring payments, group payments, and more.  There is an admin area with users, groups and permissions to allow different levels of access to the application.  Admin users add new users and family members, view payment history, and have several reporting options for individual, club location, or the entire organization.

ASP has worked created a tablet work order for APEX Energy Services. The work order collects information required to track and invoice the work orders. Once completed, the screen displays in invoice like screen with a signature section allowing the customer to sign off using their finger. The tablet user can add and submit each work order in the field even if there is no Wi-Fi available. Once the tablet detects an internet connection, the work order on the tablet syncs with the web-based application. We utilized their tablet distribution system to setup the app on the tablets and restrict the use of the applications on the tablet.

The Admin Web-based Application provides a method for the admin user to add users, companies and other information to the application. The accounting user uses the admin application to download the work orders for invoicing. Managers can view all work orders from the web application.

ASP worked with APEX Energy Services to build a website (see image on right) to focus on their services and offer an online employment application form to recruit qualified candidates.

ASP designed and developed a mobile app in the Apple Store and Android Market to keep their presence right in front of their customers. The KRT LIVE mobile app has features like a Real-Time Bus Locator, Trip Planner Tools, Schedules, and other helpful information. You can sign up for real-time alerts for a specific route or multiple routes.

The Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority’s website displays information about the authority, bus schedules, fare information, passenger information and a trip planner. There is information on how to find and download the app from the stores. ASP designed and developed the website with an e-commerce feature to purchase bus passes online. ASP works with several companies’ e-commerce needs from purchasing items to event registration.

The luxurious Greenbrier Resort challenged ASP with unique website header and activity calendar needs. ASP created a one of a kind header displaying the phone number, action call outs, mega menu with mouse over image changes, and links to additional related websites. There are interactive features throughout the website to engage with the visitor to learn more about the opulent resort and all the amenities. Activities are displayed in a card style view with an interactive filter to narrow the choices to find your next adventure. The daily calendar features one optional event that randomly loads from all of the available events. The visitor can choose the day they are staying from a small graphical calendar. All of the planned activities for that day are displayed. Additional activities are displayed on the right side of the page. All of ASP website designs are responsive and display the same website information on mobile phones and tablets.

ASP worked with WV Outdoor to host their Kentico Content Management System and optimize the speed of the website. The website features a map of West Virginia with all of their billboard locations as icons on the map. Visitors can search by state, county, town, plant, media type, regular, illuminated and panel number to narrow their search to the perfect spot. The website displays additional information needed to schedule a billboard.

West Virginia Regional Tech Park has some of the nation’s most unique technical lab space for rent or lease. The tech park has a prestigious history in the chemical products industry. The testing equipment, processing labs and pilot plant facilities are one of kind and attract specialty chemical research companies to next generation 3-D printing and manufacturing. Companies utilize pilot plants to gear up production for a new plant. ASP worked with the Tech Park to design and develop the engaging website to attract more business to West Virginia.

First State Bank’s website displays a secure link to online banking accounts, personal and business banking services and other banking information. The home page displays quick links to common banking features. There are tools to calculate and planning financial goals. ASP also maintains the content changes for the website. A huge success story – Nitro Electric had grown to offer so many services that a name change and re-branding was inevitable. Introducing the Nitro Construction Services website. The home page slider displays their company’s focus on client communication and their experience. To draw attention to all the services they offer, ASP created black and white images that change to color images on mouse over. There is information about the company and the history, services, featured products, safety, project process and the markets they serve.
