West Virginia Independent Oil And Gas Association Member Management Website Design and Application Development
We designed and developed this responsive, interactive website for the association with event management and credit card processing for event registration and member applications. One of the main goals was to organize several sections of information for new visitors and existing members in a clean, modern look and feel. They wanted existing members to have one click to access frequently used items and still make the visitor want to join the association. Sponsors for the events were given the extra benefit of placement on the home page of their website. We accomplished this with an interactive scrolling bar of images that have an option for links to the sponsor websites.
They have five major events a year and we displayed the events on the home page and as individual pages with forms for registration rather than an empty graphical calendar. The advanced event registration forms allow for additional sessions, outings and other items to be added to the registration price. There are accommodations for class sizes and early or late price changes. You can also register more than one person. The checkout process with credit card processing is utilized by the event registration. We engineered a custom membership application form with conditional logic. The dues are calculated based on the type of membership and the annual revenue.

Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association’s website (PIOGA) has a career center as a benefit for their members. The career center allows the members to post available positions and review securely posted applications with their password. Members will find the career center, events, news and contact information. The visitor can view the positions and post resumes for the members to review.
The website contains educational and join us information for visitors wanting to know more about the Oil & Gas Industry. The current commodity prices are integrated with the stock pricing website to automatically display the latest pricing information.
West Virginia Orthapaedic Society Member Management Website Development
The Orthopaedic Society approached ASP to build a state-wide Orthopaedist directory in their website that allowed the members to update their own profiles and choose what information to display. The website also displays CME events, legislative actions, news and private member areas. The members have the convenience of renewing their dues online with optional recurring payments.

The West Virginia Association of Elementary and Middle School Principals website displays information about the association, conferences, legislative actions and more. Every year they participate in selecting principals for the National Distinguished Principal Award. ASP maintains the content and images for the website.
