WV Board of Law Examiners Application

ASP has developed an application tracking application for students taking the bar exam, lawyers applying for reciprocity to practice, resident professors and limited perm applicants. The application is integrated with the national online application. There is a process to track the required documents and payments. There is a global reporting section to print letters, envelopes, mail merges, export records in excel, csv, and pdf formats for all applicants or for all applicants associated with an exam date.

The application has a test tracking section allowing the test administrators to select the date of the exam and view all of the applicants for that testing date. From this screen, the application can apply random seating numbers for scoring purposes, print exam rosters for check-in processes and mail merge letters for applicants attending the exam. There are multiple methods for entering score results including a batch process for multiple records at one time. There is a process to track committee reviews, log comments, and the final decisions with daily email notifications.

Shuman, McCuskey, and Slicer PLLC

Shuman, McCuskey & Slicer is a corporate law firm with an impressive amount of litigation experience. ASP showcased their experience with number facts on the home page. The attorney detail pages have bio, education and experience tabs to showcase their accomplishments. We added a “meet” the attorney tab to personalize the page with some fun facts about each attorney. For a seamless user experience, the attorney pages list and link to the practice areas.

Spilman Thomas and Battle

We built a unique legal website for the corporate law firm – Spilman Thomas & Battle. They hired a marketing firm in Michigan to design the website and hired ASP to build the website and provide local website support. ASP built the website with a unique menu, navigation and searches. The website cleverly displays services, people, firm information, careers and locations. The resources section has a search and contains areas for articles, press releases, e-newsletters, events, webinars, in the news, Spilman alerts and videos.

Ranson Law Offices

Cynthia Ranson and her husband J. Michael Ranson have a personal injury law firm than wins substantial results for their clients. The website displays their education, admissions, extensive experience, community involvement, cases, and professional associations and membership. Cynthia has completely restored a historical building on Kanawha Boulevard to meet with her personal injury clients. She contracted with Ron Snow to take images and create a Google tour to capture the pristine beauty of the rooms. ASP utilized these beautiful images to personalize their website and showcase their successes!
