Tablet - Mobile App / Admin Web-Based Application Work Order 

ASP has worked with companies in the oil and gas industry to create a custom tablet work order, and will work with you to determine the information needed to generate your field work order.  The order can collect fields of information, add service line items, equipment fees, employee hours and more  The work order can calculate the total and add tax information to reduce errors with invoicing.  Certain fields can be required to make sure your accounting team receives all of the required information - no more missing information.  Once completed, the app can display a work order invoice for the customer to review. This includes a signature section allowing the customer to sign using their finger. 

The work order is submitted and, if Wi-Fi is available, your accounting team has the information.  No more lost or not turned in work orders. The tablet user can add and submit each work order in the field even if there is no Wi-Fi available.  Once the tablet detects an internet connection, the work order on the tablet syncs with the web-based application.  We can add features to alert customers when you are en route and even use GPS services to find workers in remote locations in case of an emergency.  We utilize tablet distribution systems to setup the app on the tablets, distribute updates, and restrict the use of unnecessary applications on the tablet. 
The Admin Web-based Application provides a method for the admin to add users, companies, and other information to the application.  The accounting user uses the admin application to download the work orders for invoicing.  Managers can view all work orders from the web application.
